Inspired by the Barack Obama CHANGE campaign and his recent historical acceptance of the Democratic Nomination, R Max has decided to “GET INVOLVED”. R Max has pledged to donate 50% of all profits from the sales of the Obama t-shirt design!!! The donation will be made in the name of the purchaser to the Obama campaign.

Maybe it’s just me, as I have a tendency to be drawn to things that make people do a double take, but these umbrellas are too cute. And if you’re like me and are never without an umbrella (well, as long as I have my purse) then you’ll be happy to know that these are small enough to tote around with you.
Okay, so maybe I’m about 7 years past prom age, but this dress definitely caught my eye. If I was about one clothes size smaller, I would be snatching this dress up and wearing it out next weekend. BUT… since I’m not, I guess I can let one of you other girls have it. Or maybe you are prom age and you do need a hot dress to wear to that dance in May. I mean, I know it’s only August, but it’s never to early to start looking. Shrinkle even has one available in the plus size, so go on and get it before someone else does.

I’ve been following Supaya for some years now and each year she gets better and better. Specializing in one-of-a-kind and limited edition pieces, she’ll definitely has a flare for creating unique pieces. She was even the 2007 winner of Fred Flare’s “Next Big Thing” contest. While checking out her shop, I came accross this great silk top, that was made froma men’s silk button down. Yes, really. Now, I don’t know about you, but one thing I can’t stand is going out somewhere, thinking I look super cute, only to come face to face with my identical clothes twin. You won’t have to worry about that with this top.

I am a firm believer that you can not have enough coats in your closet. What is the point in having on a nice outfit if you’re going to ruin it with a not so fabulous coat or jacket? This turquoise number will definitely make your outfit.
